Investors behind Leicester’s new £43m apartment scheme get behind business awards

 

Way of Life are the investors behind some of the country’s most innovative co-living apartments with schemes currently active in Manchester, London and Birmingham.

This summer the business will be opening their first development in the East Midlands as The Wullcomb, located opposite premier shopping centre The Highcross, opens in Leicester.

Priding themselves on fully integrating with the local area, the business is proudly sponsoring the Leicester Mercury Business Awards.

As host sponsors, their support has meant two fantastic names in the form of XX and XX have been confirmed to compere the night.

Way of Life have brought 297-apartments to the city with renters able to enjoy the benefit of shared living spaces outside of their flats including a rooftop terrace, private dining room, cinema room and The Perch – a shared living area.  

Getting involved with these awards significantly widens Way of Life’s network and will prove a catalyst for future collaborations and business ventures for them.
